Cashier

Full or Part Time | $18+/hr to start DOE
This position is the face of Gather, you are the person who greets customers as they enter the store, and you are the last person people interact with as they are leaving. You need to be able to quickly ring transactions with an emphasis on accuracy. Cashiers ring sales, stock product, and clean the store, so the ability to quickly switch between tasks is a must. A comfort level with point of sale systems and identifying produce is a plus. This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Job responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining a cheerful, welcoming presence as customers enter the store.
  • Bouncing between cleaning, stocking, and ringing tasks as needed.
  • Ringing transactions accurately and quickly with an ability to identify produce.
  • Clearly communicating customer questions to other team members.
  • Keeping the front of house clean and orderly.
  • Performing front of house opening and closing duties.

Produce/Back of House

Full Time | $18+/hr to start DOE
This position is ideal for someone who loves fresh produce and enjoys the intricacies of washing, sorting, culling, and displaying it produce. You will be stocking produce as well as refrigerated, frozen and bulk items. Attention to detail and a desire to have only the the best quality product on the shelves is a must. Enjoying working in cold temperatures (we supply proper cold gear) will make this job fun. This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting (sometimes up to 50 pounds).

Job responsibilities include:
  • Keeping produce full and vibrant.
  • Checking in shipments.
  • Restocking walk-in cooler and freezer (we provide cold gear).
  • Keeping the back of house and produce areas clean and orderly.
  • Performing back of house opening and closing duties.
